Once the flange ball valve is in the desired position and the handle removed, this Lockout device fits over the top of the stem ring.

Two Sections of the device slide together over the top of the stem, ensuring it is suitable for various sizes of valves.
Resistant to extreme temperatures.
Hole Size: 46 x 38mm.
