Delivery Costs

• FREE UK delivery on orders over £75
• £2.99 flat-rate UK delivery on orders under £75
• FREE same-day Click & Collect from our Northampton store (Ashburnham Road, NN1) — usually ready within 2 hours during opening hours

Dispatch Times

• In-stock items: dispatched within 1–2 working days
• Supplier-fulfilled items (marked on the product page): dispatched within 3–7 working days
• Orders placed before 2pm Monday–Friday are usually processed the same day

Delivery Times & Couriers

• We ship with DX Delivery and Evri, fully tracked
• Standard delivery: 2–3 working days after dispatch
• Tracking details are emailed as soon as your order ships

Large & Heavy Items

• Some oversized items (timber, sheet materials, fence posts, paving) are collection only from our Northampton store — this is clearly marked on the product page
• Local pallet delivery may be available for bulk orders — contact us for a quote

• Certain remote postcodes may incur a surcharge shown at checkout
