Questions
Good to know
Do you deliver bulk bags?
Yes. Bulk bags of sand, ballast, gravel and MOT go on our own van within 10 miles of the store, for £19.99 on orders of £100 or more. Choose Local delivery at checkout.
Why can't I get timber or sheets sent by courier?
Long lengths, full sheets and heavy bags can't go through a parcel network without damage, so they are collection or van delivery only. You'll see a note on the product page.
Can I collect the same day?
Yes. Order online and collect from 2 Ashburnham Road. We'll email you when it's ready.
Is there a minimum order?
Not for collection. Van delivery is for orders of £100 or more.

Yes. Apply for a trade account and your prices are applied online and in store.
Can't find what you need?
We stock more in store than is online, and we can order in. Ring or pop in and ask at the counter.
