Product Description

Butyl Glazing Compound is specially formulated for glazing double glazed units into timber window frames where a timber bead is to be used. Suitable for both soft and hardwood frames.

-Elastic formulation - moves with the frame.
-Easier to apply than most competitive putties.
-Extended shelf life
-Added plasticiser improves adhesion and helps prevent cracking.

-Suitable for use with laminated/heat absorbing glass.
-Bedding insulated glass units
-Glazing greenhouses (metal and timber)
- Unsuitable for plastic frames, or frames treated with decorative. microporous stains
