It's typically used by builders when constructing cavity walls in houses, offices and outhouses. This dependable component is suitable for buildings up to 10 m high.
The cavity wall tie is made from high-quality grade 304 stainless steel, which means it won't rust or corrode if it gets wet – ideal for British weather. It's austenitic, so it can easily be moulded into a convenient shape or position. This long-lasting piece of kit has a double drip feature to prevent unwelcome moisture from travelling across from the external wall and causing damp inside your building. It's suitable for timber and stainless steel-framed structures, as well as traditional block walls.
