How do you use HG duo unblocker?

How you should use HG duo unblocker will depend on the type of blockage. Kitchen and bathroom drains tend to get blocked for different reasons, so how you’ll use this product will depend on where the blockage is.

If you have a blockage in the kitchen

1. First remove as much of the stagnant water as possible.
2. Carefully pour 1 measure of drain clog remover (see measures on the bottle) from bottle A (red bottle) down the blocked drain. 
3. Carefully pour 2 measures (see measures on the bottle) from bottle B (purple bottle) down the blocked drain. 
4. Leave the product to work for 1 hour. The longer you leave it to work, the greater the chance the blockage will be dissolved properly. If possible, use before going to sleep and leave it to work overnight. 
5. Rinse with a generous amount of water and then carefully pour the remainder of the liquid in bottle A and then the remainder of bottle B down the drain in order to achieve an optimum post-treatment. 
6. Leave this to work for 1 hour too and then rinse with plenty of water. 

If you have a blockage in the bathroom

1. First remove as much of the water that no longer drains from the handbasin, shower tray or bath as possible. 
2. Carefully pour 2 measures of the drain unblocker (see measures on the bottle) from bottle A (red bottle) down the blocked drain. 
3. Carefully pour 1 measure (see measures on the bottle) from bottle B (purple bottle) down the blocked drain.
4. Leave the product to work for 1 hour. The longer you leave it to work, the greater the chance the blockage will be dissolved properly. If possible, use before going to sleep and leave it to work overnight.
