An ideal underlay for levelling most common sub-floors prior to the installation of floor coverings such as ceramic floor tiles, carpet, vinyl and wood flooring (minimum levelling thickness 5mm). Contains powdered latex, eliminating the need for separate latex liquids. Suitable for internal and external use. Compatible with concrete and cement-based substrates. Suitable for use on calcium sulphate (gypsum) screeds once sanded and vacuumed. Can be applied over properly prepared old ceramic tiles, natural stone and terrazzo. Compatible with properly prepared old water-resistant adhesive residues. New mastic asphalt screeds must be flooring grade (IC10 or IC15) with a layer thickness of 3–5mm.
