These fire and acoustic rated steel dry lining boxes are made from galvanised steel and fitted with intumescent material which expands in the event of a fire to prevent the spread of fire and smoke.

  • Spring loaded adjustable lugs for the perfect fit
  • M20 knockouts in top, bottom and base for versatility
  • Can be used in a range of different wall specifications
  • Fitted with earth terminal in the base
  • Complies with Part B (Fire) and Part E (Sound) Building Regulations
  • Fire-Rated to BS EN 1364-1 for up-to 120 minutes
  • Airborne Sound Insulation Tested: 54dB to ISO 10140-2: 2021
