Manufactured using additive manufacturing with nylon PA12. If damaged by the router bit, it can be repaired using a two-part wood filler, while also ensuring no damage occurs to the router bit itself.

No Finish finish: We recommend use of a top bearing guided router bit, E.g. Trend C121BX1/4TC, and drill out to full depth with a 22mm Forstner/ None self-feeding spade pit, and then cleanup with a chisel as needed.
