Lasts for up to 90 days depending on conditions EXPECTED RESULTS The population of ants should be reduced in 21-28 days and the nest will be destroyed completely. WHERE TO USE Indoors in kitchen and where food is prepared. Outdoors where ant trails have been seen In Britain, there are 51 different species of ants, the most common of which is the Black Ant, and likely to be seen in warmer weather in late spring. They feed on aphids ( Greenfly and Blackfly) for the honeydew they produce (sticky substance), which could be seen as beneficial in some ways for a gardener. As with other insect colonies, there are queens, (fertile females), worker females (sterile) and male workers (fertile). Mating happens ‘on the wing’ and on very warm days winged ants will be seen for 2-3 hours and this is when mating occurs. The males perish and the queens shed their wings, then dig a cell in the soil to overwinter. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Protection during use: Read label before use. WASH HANDS AFTER USE.
